The application works smoothly, but still has some problems. For example, it needs telephone permission and won't work without it, but doesn't generate any message to grant permissions. Also the support is really really weak. Only a bot answer generally to problems which is not useful

My experience is very horrible. They freezed my account 6 days after my fast transfer. Their reason? I received a message saying my account is frozen because I top up my account and immediately do transfer to different accounts. This is not true my first top was on the 1st of April and I made my first transfer on the 4th I don't know if this is immediately as they said. Secondly I have just 2 incoming transfer and they freezed my account before asking me purpose of the transfer like seriously?

After I've changed my account password, suddenly I can't access my account. Then I concerned and blocked both physical card through hotline call. I fulfilled many times last 2 weeks though support/help section, no reaction completley. I've tried both password and 6-digit code but still could not access my account. Trying register from the same email address I had registered, says this email has been already registered. Seems account still under my name. If anyone had experienced similar case?
